RE/MAX Realty in Springfield, MO desired a more welcoming office environment for both employees and clients. To achieve this, Paragon reworked the lobby, opened the stairwell, and created a shared workspace on the second floor from the 5 existing offices. This turn-key project was completed in collaboration with the Paragon family of companies, Paragon 360, Paragon Fabrication and Xperience Construction saving time and money.

This project was an entire, Paragon enterprise effort, involving Paragon 360, Paragon Fabrication, and Xperience Construction. Paragon 360 provided interior design direction and acoustical work in the shared workspace, while Paragon Fabrication provided the following custom fabricated architectural elements:

• Branded feature wall
• Custom welcome desk with matching back counter
• Illuminated lobby columns
• Conference room columns
• Conference room signage / wall art
• Stairway posts & railing
• Balcony posts & railing
• Digital signage mounting bracket with accent lighting
• Moss art feature piece

Xperience Construction then performed the demo and construction renovation work that included HVAC, plumbing, framing, flooring, acoustical ceiling and painting in addition to installation of all the pieces created by Paragon Fabrication.
