A Dynamic Transformation
The Old Missouri Bank approached Paragon 360 with a remodeling project, designed by Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective, with the objective of creating a dynamic and engaging environment that not only impresses clients but also attracts and retains talented employees. To achieve this goal, Paragon had to incorporate a wide range of design elements into the project.
Workplace Noise Control
One of the major challenges in creating a comfortable work environment in an open office layout is controlling acoustics. To address this, Paragon utilized FabriTRAK in multiple areas, which allowed for the necessary acoustic control without being visually obtrusive. By matching the fabric colors to the wall paint, these treatments seamlessly blended into the overall design.

Stylish Wood Accents
In addition to acoustics, the design team utilized wood laminate wrapped aluminum ceiling clouds, beams, and louver walls to provide contrasting accents that complement the clean, modern look of the space. These design elements were strategically placed throughout various locations in the office to create a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic.

Privacy Meets Sophistication
The employee break area received a unique touch with the addition of an oval screen wall featuring frosted acrylic, wood laminate, and faux greenery. This feature provides a degree of privacy to the space while still allowing natural light to enter. Moreover, the internally lit oval accent wall creates a focal point in an otherwise blank hall, adding visual interest and depth to the overall design. On the exterior, an arbor and screen walls were added to create privacy for the break area. These design elements also carry the oval shape from the company logo, unifying the exterior and interior design and contributing to the cohesive look and feel of the project. Overall, the use of various design elements and the integration of the company's branding has resulted in a space that is visually impressive, functional, and reflective of the company's culture and values.
