Paragon 360 Redesigns Headquarters Lobby to Showcase Integrated Design-Build Expertise
Paragon 360 has completed a comprehensive redesign of its corporate headquarters lobby in Springfield, Mo., transforming the space into a fully immersive brand experience demonstrating the company’s expertise in “Designing and Building Engaging Environments”. The renovated space serves as both a welcoming front door for visitors and employees, as well as a working showcase of the Paragon 360 integrated design-build model.
“We conduct more than 100 tours of our campus every year, and we use our lobby to help demonstrate how the right integration of technology and design can be a powerful tool for engagement and connection.”
Time to Redesign
The original lobby, designed and constructed by Paragon nearly a decade ago, had served the company well, but expanding growth, evolving business needs, and emerging technologies presented the opportunity for a transformative refresh. With more than 100 prospect, client, and partner tours hosted annually, the lobby plays a critical role in communicating Paragon 360’s capabilities across design, fabrication, construction, and technology integration.
The redesigned lobby balances advanced, high-performance audiovisual systems with striking architectural impact, custom scenic fabrication, carefully engineered acoustics, and layered lighting. Delivered entirely from concept to completion by the in-house Paragon 360, Paragon Fabrication, and Xperience Construction teams, this enterprise-wide project exemplifies how design and technology can be seamlessly integrated to create environments that tell a story, engage, inspire, and connect.
Integration of Technology and Design
A 16’ wide by 9’ tall, camera-ready, 1.25 mm pixel pitch, high-resolution ReveLux Oracle Series LED wall anchors the space, providing a bold visual focal point for presentations, brand storytelling, events, and project videos and photography. Surrounding the display are custom-fabricated wood and aluminum scenic elements, scalloped, textured accents, LED-backlit stainless steel company logo and motto signage, and an extensive 150’ of brand-color LED lighting reinforcing the Paragon 360 identity throughout the lobby.
Integrated audio systems ensure accurate and immersive sound reproduction through Theory Audio SB25-AW loudspeakers, Turbosound TLX212L subwoofer, and complemented by JBL Control 65P/T distributed audio pendant speakers. Meanwhile, 40’ long continuous FabriTRAK® acoustic treatment enhances audio control, clarity, and comfort to better support conversation.
Other design elements include custom-designed and fabricated ceiling clouds, backlit scenic wall treatments, and trophy display shelving on columns with integrated lighting. Theatrical and architectural lighting, including 32 ETC Source Four Mini LED ellipsoidal spotlights and Chauvet Professional Ovation P-56 FC flood lights, round out the space along with custom-built vertical ceiling baffle fixtures with integrated Diode LED Graze X linear downlighting.
A Welcoming Space
The lobby renovation also includes additional enhancements intended to create a warm and welcoming environment. These include a custom reception desk with integrated 55” welcome display and brand-color, LED tape accent lighting. The reception desk incorporates wood and aluminum accents matching the overall scenic aesthetic, custom countertops and cabinets, and a built-in drawer refrigerator.
And the lobby contains a custom, matching welcome kiosk stand with an 11” touch screen display, page button for assistance, as well as integrated audio, video, lighting (AVL) controls. Guest seating in the lobby is two sections of mounted Sauder folding theater seating, with LED aisle lighting.
Employee Appeal
Beyond serving as a client-facing showcase, the new lobby renovation was intentionally designed to enhance the employee experience and reflects Paragon 360’s commitment to its people. Thoughtfully designed workplace environments play a vital role in fostering culture, collaboration, and creativity, as well as supporting recruitment and retention of top-tier talent. The new lobby provides a space employees are proud to share—one that mirrors the craftsmanship and innovation behind every Paragon 360 project.
Experience the Space
The redesigned lobby now serves as a living example of Paragon 360’s design-build philosophy. Clients, prospects, and partners are invited to tour the space and experience firsthand how intentional design and integrated technology can create engaging environments and shape meaningful experiences.
“We conduct more than 100 tours of our campus every year," said Donnie Brawner, CEO, founder, and co-owner of Paragon. "We use our lobby to help demonstrate how the right integration of technology and design can be a powerful tool for engagement and connection.”
