Xperience Construction (XP) is Paragon 360's very own general contracting firm. Founded in 2021, XP works nationwide, specializing in both new construction and renovation projects using a combination of strategic partnerships, sub-contractors, and self-performance. The company has completed projects for multiple churches such as Prestonwood in Dallas, TX, First Christian Church in Clinton OK, First Baptist Dover FL, Kings Chapel locations across southwest MO, and Crossway Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. Xperience Construction has also completed projects with Bass Pro Shops, Wonders of Wildlife, Evangel University, ReMax Realtors, Kansas City Skin & Cancer Center, GLS Insurance, Gloria Deo Christian Academy and many more. The companies projects are a mix of interior/exterior renovations and commercial ground up new construction.

Xperience Construction is led by Josh Daugherty, a seasoned professional with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry who has managed well over $100 million in commercial construction projects nationwide from California to Virginia Beach. Josh, a Fort Worth, TX native has called Southwest Missouri home for over 19 years. He held management roles at both Hovey Construction in Bolivar, MO and Base Construction in Springfield, MO prior to assuming the role of General Manager with Xperience Construction. His project resume includes everything from restaurant's such as Taco Bell, Cold Stone Creamery and Wingstop to transfer stations, bank construction with First State and Oak Star Banks, fire stations, and extensive work in the house of worship market. Josh leads a team of professional superintendents, project managers, estimators, foreman and general laborers.
