Our Story

Brawner & Associates was formed in 2000 by Donnie and Karen Brawner, who have over 29 years of experience in entertainment, auditorium design, and live event production. The company was re-branded in 2010 to Paragon 360® to meet the demands of its growing clientele, and its ever expanding list of turn-key services and product lines.

The company was formed to utilize the Brawners’ knowledge and experience to create a one-of-a-kind company. With a focus on building the strongest client relationships in the industry, Donnie and Karen created a design-build company committed to unparalleled customer satisfaction, with a holistic design approach that delivers true accountability.

The early days included large-scale production work for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. The company provided design and technical direction for Wal-Mart’s multi-million dollar corporate meetings, three times annually for 10 years, which were the largest corporate productions in the country at the time. The company also provided design and production services for the Christmas Productions at Prestonwood Baptist Church, in Plano, TX, for 10 years. It was during this time that the company started its facility design work with multiple churches and schools nationwide.

The company launched its custom fabrication of scenic and staging products in 2010. Those fabrication capabilities were greatly expanded in 2012 to almost limitless options, including metal and wood fabrication to acrylics, aluminum, 3D scanning and routing, deep draw vacuum forming, molding and casting, foam fabrication, digital printing, and laser engraving. Between 2011 and 2013 Paragon 360® introduced its own line of industry-leading Drum Enclosures and Modular Staging products that quickly found popularity among clientele, and are being used in church spaces across the country.

In 2013, Brawner & Associates acquired Sounds Great/SG Integration, a Springfield, Missouri, based company that has been providing high quality AVL design and installation in the Midwest region for over 30 years. The acquisition allowed Paragon 360® to add over (180) direct dealerships of AVL product manufacturers.

Paragon 360® has been providing design, installation, and production services to Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE) for over 18 years. HFE owns Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle, Dixie Stampede, and White Water in Branson, MO, in addition to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN, and Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta, GA.

In 2016, Paragon 360® became a distributor and licensed installer of FabriTRAK® products, the industry leading acoustical wall and ceiling solution since 1977. The company also launched its strategic planning and architectural design services for church spaces.

Today, the company has seen eight facility expansion projects in 18 years. The staff is over 50 members strong, and we represent over 300 AVL product manufacturers. The company balances between 30 to 40 projects at a time, and has worked in over 25 states from coast to coast.

Paragon 360® has become a leader in church space design. Paragon 360® provides design build services to hundreds of churches from all across the nation, from nationally-known mega churches to small local churches. Clients look to leverage Paragon’s experience to assist them in creating an engaging environment in their church spaces.
