Ron Robertson is the Vice President of Paragon 360. Overseeing all of the design aspects of the company from audio, video, and lighting to scenic and interior design, Ron has a hand in almost every aspect of the company’s daily operations. He has designed high-profile lighting systems for theaters, high schools, and churches across the country, and he also leads the scenic design work that Paragon does for churches nationwide, including Bellevue Baptist Church, First Redeemer Church, Cross Church, Idlewild Baptist Church, First Baptist Dallas, Crossgates Church, Gardendale First Baptist Church, First Baptist Naples, and countless others. Ron is also involved in the development of Paragon’s product line and strategic partnerships.
Ron has over 28 years of experience in the professional audio, video, and lighting industry. Ron’s early years include lighting work at Six Flags in St. Louis, and later at the Grand Palace Theater in Branson, MO. Ron was the lighting designer for Tony Orlando for seven years, where he designed countless production shows at Orlando’s Theater in Branson, in addition to being on tour with Tony for thousands of concerts, original theatrical productions, and television appearances nationwide.
Ron has designed and programmed lighting and created scenic designs for multiple high-profile corporate events for Sam’s Club, GE, FedEx, Hallmark, and Payless Shoes. He has also designed and programmed lighting for a wide range of theatrical productions, live television broadcasts, large-scale church pageants, and spent more than eight years working with the Radio City Christmas Spectacular show. After joining Paragon 360 in 2002, Ron worked next to CEO Donnie Brawner in the design of large-scale, multi-million dollar corporate meetings for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., for over eight years.
Ron’s 15-plus years on the road resulted in unmatched experience in a wide range of venues, ranging from casino showrooms, church facilities, arenas, theaters, convention centers, and auditoriums. His vast live event production experience is of unparalleled value to the auditorium design work he does for Paragon 360, and gives Ron a tremendous advantage by being able to design systems based on his extensive experience from years in the field.
