3D Graphic Artist/Scenic Design
Robert Flagg is responsible for those crystal clear, vibrant looking color renderings that Paragon 360™ produces. Robert is brilliant at making rooms come to life in renderings and demonstrating what our designs will look like ahead of time. He is also very involved in the scenic design of our projects.
Robert was born and raised in Lake of the Ozarks, where he always had a passion for design and 3D animation work. Films such as “Shrek” and “Finding Nemo” inspired his creative talents. At only 13 years old, he started teaching himself the ropes, using the internet to gather whatever information he could.
Robert has worked for several telecommunications and electrical contractors where he has done a lot of work involving networking and testing Cat6, coax, and splicing fiber optics. All the while, he continued freelance work, which included creation of advertisements for electronic video billboards, website and logo design, and building high-end computer systems. He has created many 3D models for consumers to buy online for use with games, animated films and other projects. Aside from 3D animation work, he also does video/audio editing and extensive work with 2D graphic design.
Robert manages up to five and six projects at a time, and has helped expedite the design process immensely. He uses software systems such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, Cinema 4D and Filter Forge. Robert also does the majority of the creative graphic work for Paragon’s ads, brochures and videos. Last, but not least, he acts as our resident photographer and video cameraman for in-house marketing projects.
