David Sneed

Marketing Director

If you’re familiar with the fishing and recreational boat industry, you’ve likely seen a fair amount of David’s work. His advertising and marketing experience spans more than three decades. The extensive nature of his résumé covers virtually every element of promotion from live event scripting and choreography to concept creation, copywriting, and art direction. He’s equally accomplished in producing television, video, print, social media, and digital advertising. In fact, he’s received multiple Telly Awards recognizing his commercial work. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech with an emphasis in Broadcast Communications. He also had a brief stint in Law School before concluding that the time investment required for a law degree was better spent with his family.

His early years were grounded in radio prior to taking a position in the advertising department at Ranger Boats. It was there that he was given development and production responsibilities covering the full gambit of marketing and advertising. The majority of his 32-year career at Ranger was spent as Advertising Director, helping grow the boat brands produced in the Flippin, Arkansas, factory to a record 50 per cent collective market share.

David’s experience with Paragon 360™ began as a client in our earliest days. Paragon worked with him in that capacity for 17 years. He shared with us that the secret to that long relationship was that the Paragon Team always listened closely, and were just as committed to the finished work as he was. With a personal drive to excel, David enjoys all creative and management processes, as well as opportunities to encourage and reinforce the talents of others. Ultimately, he brings a breadth and depth of experience to the Paragon Family that reinforces our commitment to unparalleled quality and satisfaction.

Outside of his day job, David is a Sunday School teacher and deacon at First Baptist Church in Flippin, Arkansas. He and his wife, Tonya, celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary in 2016. They have two adult daughters and one grandchild.
